EVA has published the schedule for Split 1 of the Regional Tournaments — four single-day events at four arenas, June 7-28, with the top four teams from each region qualifying for EVA Summit Stage 1 on July 12 at EVA Paris Est.

- Quarterfinals: BO5.
- Semifinals & finals are not played at the regional level — the 4 quarterfinal winners directly advance.
- Bracket sizes vary by region: 12 teams (4 groups of 3, top 2 advance), 14 teams (2 groups of 4 + 2 groups of 3, top 2), or 16 teams (4 groups of 4, top 2).
