Match Breakdowns

1. OG Esports 2 – 0 Team Heretics

OG opened the Pro League with a clean sweep. Vexaa and Kelly led the top of the scoreboard, with Percevelow stepping in on Polaris.

MapScoreTop fragger
EngineOG 100% – 64% THVexaa (11 K)
PolarisOG 100% – 2% THVexaa (7 K)

Team Heretics never found an answer. Endless was the only bright spot on TH (9/8/0 on Engine) but with no backup from the rest of the roster, the series was over after 12 minutes of round time.

2. Shifters 2 – 1 Solary

The decider of the night. Wire put up a monster 15-kill Engine to steal map 1 for Solary, but Shifters regrouped and leaned on S9 and Mattdouuu for the next two maps.

EngineSHFT 98% – 100% SLYWire (15 K)
AtlantisSHFT 100% – 93% SLYAzula (14 K) — losing side
Lunar OutpostSHFT 100% – 91% SLYAzula (11 K) — losing side

Notable: Azula topped the kill board for Solary on all three maps and still finished on the losing side. Shifters won through depth — S9 and Mattdouuu combined for consistent pressure across all three maps.

3. G2 Esports 2 – 0 Team Vitality

The most one-sided sweep of the night. G2 held Team Vitality to 37% on Lunar Outpost and 18% on Helios.

MapScoreTop fragger
Lunar OutpostG2 100% – 37% VITMidnight (9 K)
HeliosG2 100% – 18% VITSkyzer (9 K)

Skyzer and Midnight combined for 34 kills across 2 maps — the most efficient duo of Day 1. Vitality subbed Shoto in for Zaybux on Helios but it didn’t change the tempo.

4. SK Gaming 2 – 1 GiantX

GiantX looked set to open with a statement, taking Lunar Outpost 100-42 behind JPPro’s 9-kill performance. Then Florian happened.

Lunar OutpostGX 100% – 42% SKJPPro (9 K)
PolarisGX 59% – 100% SKFlorian (14 K)
HorizonGX 89% – 100% SKFlorian (20 K)

Florian went from 5 kills on map 1 to 14 and 20 on the next two. The 20-kill Horizon closed the series and earned him Top Fragger honors for the round. Guzy deserves a mention on the losing side — 13 kills on Horizon, completely unanswered.

OG and G2 look especially sharp with sweeps. Shifters and SK proved they can win the hard way. And Solary have to be the unlucky story of the round — Azula’s three-map 34-kill run wasn’t enough.
